WZL-trumkopplingen \u00e4r en ny typ av trumkoppling som \u00e4r utformad f\u00f6r att ansluta reduceraren och roterande delar i kranar, transport\u00f6rer, kolberedningsmaskiner, byggutrustning och andra maskiner. Den har flera anm\u00e4rkningsv\u00e4rda egenskaper:<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta kan den motst\u00e5 betydande radiella belastningar och \u00f6verf\u00f6ra betydande vridmoment. Dessutom roterar kopplingen mjukt, vilket underl\u00e4ttar lyftmekanismer, med en maximal vinkel p\u00e5 upp till 3\u00b0. H\u00f6gre installationsprecision \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rdelaktigt f\u00f6r kopplingens livsl\u00e4ngd. N\u00e4r du v\u00e4ljer en l\u00e4mplig WZL trumkoppling,<\/a> \u00e4r det viktigt att ta h\u00e4nsyn till arbetsniv\u00e5, statiskt vridmoment och dimensioner p\u00e5 trummans och reducerarens utg\u00e5ende axlar. S\u00e4kerst\u00e4ll att det statiska arbetsmomentet som verkar p\u00e5 trumman vid full belastning (inklusive \u00f6verbelastningsfaktorn f\u00f6r testk\u00f6rningar) inte \u00f6verstiger kopplingens maximala radiella b\u00e4rf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga vid motsvarande arbetsniv\u00e5, vilket vanligtvis begr\u00e4nsas av reducerarens till\u00e5tna radiella kraft p\u00e5 utg\u00e5ende axel, vilket i allm\u00e4nhet eliminerar behovet av ytterligare ber\u00e4kningar.<\/p>\n
