S pomo\u010djo bloka jermenic in drugih sestavnih delov ga obesijo na \u017ei\u010dno vrv dvi\u017enega mehanizma, ki nosi celotno obremenitev dvigala. Oblikovalci in proizvajalci morajo zagotoviti, da dvi\u017eni kavelj ustreza varnostnim standardom, da se zagotovita varnost in zanesljivost med operacijami.<\/li>\n<li>Obstajajo \u0161tevilne vrste dvi\u017enih kavljev. Proizvajalci jih glede na na\u010din izdelave delijo na kovane in laminirane kavlje, glede na obliko pa na enojne in dvojne kavlje. Glavna razlika med kovanimi in laminiranimi kavlji je v na\u010dinu izdelave, medtem ko se enojni in dvojni kavlji razlikujejo po \u0161tevilu kavljev. V praksi izvajalci uporabljajo enojne kavlje za obremenitve, ki ne presegajo 75 ton, dvojne kavlje pa za te\u017eje obremenitve, saj imajo dvojni kavlji ve\u010djo nosilnost.<\/li>\n<li>Pri uporabi dvi\u017enih kavljev morajo upravljavci opravljati vsakodnevne preglede in vzdr\u017eevanje. To vklju\u010duje \u010di\u0161\u010denje sklopa kavlja, preverjanje odprtine kavlja in obrabe na kriti\u010dnih mestih, pregled obrabe utora in obro\u010da jermenice, zagotavljanje prostega gibanja vrtljivega dela kavlja ter pregled naprave proti odpenjanju.<\/li>\n<li>Varnost in stabilnost dvi\u017enega kavlja pomembno vplivata na varno proizvodnjo. Zato morajo uporabniki redno izvajati dnevne varnostne preglede in vzdr\u017eevanje kavlja ter izvajati redne preglede za zagotavljanje varnega delovanja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong><span
