Overzicht van WZL-trommelkoppelingen<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

De WZL-trommelkoppeling is een nieuw type trommelkoppeling die ontworpen is om het verloopstuk en roterende onderdelen in kranen, transportbanden, machines voor kolenvoorbereiding, bouwmachines en andere machines met elkaar te verbinden. De koppeling heeft een aantal opmerkelijke eigenschappen:<\/p>\n

Ten eerste is hij bestand tegen aanzienlijke radiale belastingen en kan hij een aanzienlijk koppel overbrengen. Bovendien draait deze koppeling soepel, wat hefmechanismen vergemakkelijkt, met een maximale hoek tot 3\u00b0. Een hogere installatienauwkeurigheid is ook gunstig voor de levensduur van de koppeling. Bovendien verhoogt de unieke spie in een bolvormig oppervlak de robuustheid en betrouwbaarheid.<\/p>\n

Selectiegids voor WZL trommelkoppeling<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

Bij het selecteren van een geschikte WZL trommelkoppeling,<\/a> is het essentieel om rekening te houden met het werkniveau, het statische koppel en de afmetingen van de uitgaande assen van de trommel en de reductor. Zorg ervoor dat het statische werkkoppel dat op de trommel werkt bij volledige belasting (inclusief de overbelastingsfactor voor proefdraaien) niet hoger is dan het maximale radiale draagvermogen van de koppeling bij het overeenkomstige werkniveau, dat gewoonlijk wordt beperkt door de toelaatbare radiale kracht van de reductor op de uitgaande as, waardoor verdere berekeningen meestal overbodig zijn.<\/p>\n

De trommel die verbonden is met de trommelkoppeling kan gelast of gegoten zijn. De flens die aansluit op de trommelkoppeling moet worden voorzien van spiebanen voor de koppeloverdracht en het pasvlak van de flens moet tijdens de montage vrij zijn van olie. Het ene uiteinde van de trommel wordt via de koppeling op de uitgaande as van de reductor ondersteund, terwijl het andere uiteinde door een lagerzitting wordt ondersteund. Aangezien de trommelkoppeling geen axiale verplaatsing toelaat, moet de lagerzitting de axiale beperkingen verlichten, met een aanbevolen speling van meer dan 3 mm aan elke kant van het lager.<\/p>\n

Bovendien moet de uitgaande as van de reductor een aanslagplaat en bevestigingsbouten hebben die bestand zijn tegen de axiale kracht van de trommel. De bouten moeten worden geborgd met betrouwbare maatregelen tegen losdraaien.<\/p>\n

Onderhoudsrichtlijnen voor WZL-trommelkoppeling<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

De koppeling gebruikt normaal gesproken lithiumvet nr. 2 onder extreme druk, terwijl lithiumvet nr. 3 onder extreme druk wordt aanbevolen voor omstandigheden met hoge temperaturen. Voor middelzware en zware toepassingen wordt maandelijkse smering aanbevolen; voor licht gebruik is elke drie maanden voldoende. Elk model koppeling heeft vier smeerpoorten (schroefdraad M10X1), die achtereenvolgens gesmeerd moeten worden. Bij elke smering moet de poort aan de onderkant worden geplaatst totdat er vet uit het bolvormige oppervlak stroomt.<\/p>\n

Controleer regelmatig de bevestigingsbouten op de uitgaande as van de reductor en de verbindingsbouten tussen de koppeling en de trommel. Bij correct gebruik en onderhoud heeft de koppeling een lange levensduur. Het wordt aanbevolen om onderhoud en vervanging uit te voeren tijdens grote of tussentijdse reparaties.<\/p>\n

De WZL-trommelkoppeling is veelzijdig en kan worden gebruikt in andere scenario's waarbij koppeloverdracht en radiale lastondersteuning vereist zijn. Door zijn compacte structuur en betrouwbare werking is het een uitstekende keuze in een groot aantal toepassingen.<\/p>\n
