Hij wordt gebruikt in het hijsmechanisme van kranen, waarbij de as met lage snelheid van de hijsversnellingsbak is ontworpen als een tandwielschijf. Als alternatief kan de trommel ook worden gebruikt met een<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hnhlcrane.com\/nl\/product\/wzl-vatenkoppeling\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> WZL trommelkoppeling<\/strong><\/a>waarbij de lagesnelheidsas van de hijsversnellingsbak de vorm heeft van een cilindrische as met een platte spie. Verder hebben het ontwerp en de fabricagekwaliteit van de trommel directe invloed op de prestaties en veiligheid van de kraan. Daarom spelen de keuze van de structuur en het materiaal en het fabricageproces een cruciale rol bij het waarborgen van de prestaties van de trommel.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Structuur en materiaal:<\/strong> De trommel is meestal gemaakt van gietijzer met een kwaliteit die niet lager is dan HT200. Voor speciale vereisten kunnen we ZG340-640 gietstaal of Q235B, Q345B staalplaten gebruiken om te lassen. Deze materiaalkeuze garandeert de sterkte en duurzaamheid van de trommel, zodat deze bestand is tegen verschillende operationele uitdagingen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Productieproces:<\/strong> De productie van de trommelassemblage omvat verschillende stappen, waaronder het snijden van de platen, het walsen van de trommels, het lassen van de langsnaden, het inspecteren van de laskwaliteit en het instellen van toleranties.
