WZL-trumli\u00fchendus on uut t\u00fc\u00fcpi trummel\u00fchendus, mis on m\u00f5eldud reduktori ja p\u00f6\u00f6rlevate osade \u00fchendamiseks kraanades, konveierites, s\u00f6e ettevalmistamise masinates, ehitusseadmetes ja muudes masinates. Sellel on mitu m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rset omadust:<\/p>\n

Sobiva WZLi valimisel trummel\u00fchendus,<\/a> on oluline arvestada t\u00f6\u00f6taset, staatilist p\u00f6\u00f6rdemomenti ning trumli ja reduktori v\u00e4ljundv\u00f5lli m\u00f5\u00f5tmeid. Veenduge, et trumlile t\u00e4ies koormuses m\u00f5juv staatiline t\u00f6\u00f6moment (sealhulgas katses\u00f5idu \u00fclekoormustegur) ei \u00fcleta haakeseadise maksimaalset radiaalset kandev\u00f5imet vastaval t\u00f6\u00f6tasemel, mida tavaliselt piirab reduktori lubatud radiaalj\u00f5ud v\u00e4ljundv\u00f5llile, mis \u00fcldiselt v\u00e4listab vajaduse t\u00e4iendavate arvutuste j\u00e4rele.<\/p>\n

WZL trummelhaakeseadise hooldusjuhised<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

Tavaliselt kasutatakse haakeseadmes \u00e4\u00e4rmusliku r\u00f5huga liitiumrasva nr 2, samas kui k\u00f5rge temperatuuri tingimustes on soovitatav kasutada \u00e4\u00e4rmusliku r\u00f5huga liitiumrasva nr 3. Keskmise ja raske koormusega rakenduste puhul soovitatakse m\u00e4\u00e4rimist igakuiselt; kerge koormusega kasutamisel piisab iga kolme kuu tagant. Igal haakeseadise mudelil on neli m\u00e4\u00e4rdeava (keermestatud M10X1), mida tuleb j\u00e4rjestikku m\u00e4\u00e4rida. Iga m\u00e4\u00e4rimise ajal tuleb port asetada allapoole, kuni m\u00e4\u00e4re voolab sf\u00e4\u00e4rilisest pinnast \u00fcle.<\/p>\n

Kontrollige regulaarselt reduktori v\u00e4ljundv\u00f5lli kinnituspoltide ning haakeseadme ja trumli vaheliste \u00fchenduspoltide t\u00f6\u00f6d. N\u00f5uetekohase kasutamise ja hoolduse korral on haakeseadisel pikk kasutusiga. Soovitatav on teostada hooldus ja vahetus suuremate v\u00f5i vahepealsete remondit\u00f6\u00f6de k\u00e4igus.<\/p>\n
