Die WZL-Trommelkupplung ist eine neuartige Trommelkupplung, die f\u00fcr die Verbindung des Getriebes und der rotierenden Teile in Kr\u00e4nen, F\u00f6rderanlagen, Kohleaufbereitungsmaschinen, Baumaschinen und anderen Maschinen entwickelt wurde. Sie zeichnet sich durch mehrere bemerkenswerte Eigenschaften aus:<\/p>\n

Zum einen kann sie erheblichen Radiallasten standhalten und ein betr\u00e4chtliches Drehmoment \u00fcbertragen. F\u00fcr die Kupplung wird in der Regel Lithium-Extremdruckfett Nr. 2 verwendet, w\u00e4hrend f\u00fcr Hochtemperaturbedingungen Lithium-Extremdruckfett Nr. 3 empfohlen wird. Bei jeder Schmierung sollte der Anschluss unten positioniert werden, bis das Fett aus der Kugeloberfl\u00e4che \u00fcberl\u00e4uft.<\/p>\n

\u00dcberpr\u00fcfen Sie regelm\u00e4\u00dfig die Befestigungsbolzen an der Abtriebswelle des Getriebes und die Verbindungsbolzen zwischen Kupplung und Trommel. Bei ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfer Verwendung und Wartung hat die Kupplung eine lange Lebensdauer. Es wird empfohlen, die Wartung und den Austausch bei gr\u00f6\u00dferen oder mittleren Reparaturen durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n
