Oversigt over WZL-tromlekobling<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

WZL-tromlekoblingen er en ny type tromlekobling, der er designet til at forbinde reduktionsgear og roterende dele i kraner, transportb\u00e5nd, kulforarbejdningsmaskiner, entrepren\u00f8rmaskiner og andre maskiner. Den har flere bem\u00e6rkelsesv\u00e6rdige egenskaber:<\/p>\n

For det f\u00f8rste kan den modst\u00e5 store radiale belastninger og overf\u00f8re et betydeligt drejningsmoment. Desuden roterer denne kobling j\u00e6vnt, hvilket letter l\u00f8ftemekanismer, med en maksimal vinkel p\u00e5 op til 3\u00b0. H\u00f8jere installationspr\u00e6cision er ogs\u00e5 en fordel for koblingens lange levetid. Derudover forbedrer den unikke n\u00f8gle, der er anbragt i en sf\u00e6risk overflade, dens robusthed og p\u00e5lidelighed.<\/p>\n

Udv\u00e6lgelsesguide til WZL-tromlekobling<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

N\u00e5r du v\u00e6lger en passende WZL tromlekobling,<\/a> er det vigtigt at overveje arbejdsniveauet, det statiske drejningsmoment og dimensionerne p\u00e5 tromlens og reduktionsgearets udgangsaksler. S\u00f8rg for, at det statiske arbejdsmoment, der virker p\u00e5 tromlen under fuld belastning (inklusive overbelastningsfaktoren for testk\u00f8rsler), ikke overstiger koblingens maksimale radiale b\u00e6reevne ved det tilsvarende arbejdsniveau, som normalt er begr\u00e6nset af reduktionsgearets tilladte radiale kraft p\u00e5 udgangsakslen, hvilket generelt eliminerer behovet for yderligere beregninger.<\/p>\n

Tromlen, der er forbundet med tromlekoblingen, kan enten v\u00e6re svejset eller st\u00f8bt. Flangen, der forbindes med tromlekoblingen, skal bearbejdes med kileriller til momentoverf\u00f8rsel, og flangens parringsflade skal v\u00e6re fri for olie under monteringen. Den ene ende af tromlen er underst\u00f8ttet p\u00e5 reduktionsgearets udgangsaksel via koblingen, mens den anden ende er underst\u00f8ttet af et lejes\u00e6de. Retningslinjer for vedligeholdelse af WZL-tromlekobling<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

Koblingen bruger typisk litiumfedt nr. 2 til ekstremt tryk, mens litiumfedt nr. 3 til ekstremt tryk anbefales til h\u00f8je temperaturer. Til mellemtunge og tunge opgaver anbefales sm\u00f8ring hver m\u00e5ned; til let brug er hver tredje m\u00e5ned tilstr\u00e6kkeligt. Hver model af koblingen har fire sm\u00f8reporte (gevind M10X1), som skal sm\u00f8res i r\u00e6kkef\u00f8lge. Under hver sm\u00f8ring skal porten placeres i bunden, indtil fedtet l\u00f8ber ud af den sf\u00e6riske overflade.<\/p>\n

Efterse regelm\u00e6ssigt fastg\u00f8relsesboltene p\u00e5 reduktionsgearets udgangsaksel og forbindelsesboltene mellem koblingen og tromlen. N\u00e5r koblingen bruges og vedligeholdes korrekt, har den en lang levetid. Det anbefales at udf\u00f8re vedligeholdelse og udskiftning i forbindelse med st\u00f8rre eller mellemliggende reparationer.<\/p>\n
