Det st\u00f8bte tromles\u00e6t passer f.eks. til europ\u00e6iske kraner med lille tonnage under 50 tons, og vi fremstiller det typisk af HT200-st\u00f8beemner. I mods\u00e6tning hertil er det svejsede tromles\u00e6t ideelt til sm\u00e5, mellemstore og store kraner i europ\u00e6isk stil, og vi fremstiller det typisk af Q235-B- og Q355-B-st\u00e5lplader, der er valset i form. Sammenlignet med det st\u00f8bte trommes\u00e6t er disse tromler relativt lette, hvilket g\u00f8r dem velegnede til produktion i \u00e9t stykke og til store tromler. Tromler fremstillet af Q355-B-st\u00e5lplader skal dog gennemg\u00e5 en stressaflastende behandling f\u00f8r bearbejdning og varmebehandling.<\/p>\n

Egenskaber ved FEM Standard krantromle<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

Til vogne i europ\u00e6isk stil anbefaler vi at bruge en tromle med et enkelt lag og dobbelte riller. Derudover indeholder designet standard tovriller, og vi foresl\u00e5r at bruge tromler med dybe riller til kraner med en l\u00f8fteh\u00f8jde p\u00e5 over 30 meter. Den effektive l\u00e6ngde af tovrillen afh\u00e6nger prim\u00e6rt af l\u00f8ftev\u00e6gten, h\u00f8jden og l\u00f8fteforholdet. For kraner med en st\u00f8rre l\u00f8fteh\u00f8jde kan du \u00f8ge tromlediameteren; du skal dog sikre, at afstanden mellem tromleaksen og indgangsakslen p\u00e5 hejsereduktionen giver tilstr\u00e6kkelig plads til motor, bremse og andre transmissionsdele.
